Accreditation Process

Accredd verifies investors and any of the entities those investors own and control. Examples of entities include, but aren’t limited to: trusts, retirement accounts, companies. The verification methods used by Accredd is set forth by the SEC and IRS for 506(c) filings. We further developed our process with guidance from multiple attorneys, all of whom specialize in SEC regulatory work.
